If you are making money or otherwise commercially benefiting from material without consent or buying an appropriate license you are incriminating yourself and making yourself liable to copyright law suits.

Where content is posted by individuals, groups or companies not belonging to the Choon, they have warranted to Choon.app that, among other things, neither the content nor the names, trademarks and service marks under which content is promoted infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or moral rights. Since we are not in a position to determine who has the prevailing claim to use any particular content or name posted to the website, our policy on such matters is that they be resolved directly by the parties alleging misuse of their content and/or name and the posters of the content. The Choon producers may sometimes use sampled music in their compositions and in these cases is the buyer’s or user’s responsibility to clear any samples contained in compositions purchased or downloaded from this website.
Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any laws of your country, or our country in the Canada as governed by local and international law. We do advocate freedom of thought and speech in our community and suggest that parents of children under the age of 13 monitor their children’s online activities and consider the use of parental control tools available for free online to create an appropriate online environment.
Refunds
We offer a 30 day refund period. If there are any issues with a service or good ordered, if goods delivered are significantly not as advertised, or if there is a technical problem during the payment process we will aim to solve any issues amicably. However no refunds will be given where a website user has violated the Usage Policy.
